If you are buying a new Mac, transitioning from an old device, switching from a PC, or setting up your new system we can help. Whether you are a videographer, a musician, or just want a basic machine to look at emails and social media: come to MacEdge for sales and services that you can’t get from online retailers or big box stores.

When you purchase a device from MacEdge, we go beyond the transaction. During the purchase process, we make sure that you fully understand the details of what you’re buying. Our knowledgeable team will walk you through all aspects of your purchase, ensuring you know exactly what is included, what accessories you might need, and what additional options are available to suit your needs.

We stock a large selection of new Macs, iPads, Apple Watches, etc. However if you would like something we don’t have in stock, our suppliers are LITERALLY the largest in the world with a combined 10 warehouses across the country. And if you want a completely custom configured Mac, we can do that too (we even keep a selection of popular custom configured Macs in stock)!

A consultation is the first step in finding the perfect device for your needs. During a sales appointment, we take a detailed look at your current setup, devices, and workflow requirements. We then provide expert advice on the best Apple products and configurations tailored to your unique needs.

While we do not sell iPhones, we can help guide you through making an order if needed and we help migrate from your old iPhone (via a paid help session).

Migrating from a PC or Mac to a new Mac can be daunting, but we’re here to handle it for you. During the migration process, we:

• Clean up obsolete applications, files, and old installers that are no longer needed.

Our Concierge Setup service is the final touch that makes your new Mac feel truly personal and ready to go. During this in-person service, we:

• Log in to your most important accounts, including your Apple ID and email accounts, so you don’t have to worry about setup issues later.
• Configure essential applications, system preferences, and security settings based on your requirements.
• Answer any questions you have about using your new device, so you can feel confident and comfortable.

With our Concierge Setup, your new Mac will be configured and tailored to your specific needs, leaving you free to enjoy your new device.

Whether you need help with a single thing or a range of issues, you can schedule dedicated time with our Experts to help solve you problems or learn new things. You can schedule time from 30-90 minutes depending on your needs.
